IGLTA 2016 a big success
More than 300 delegates participated in the 33rd Annual IGLTA Global Convention in Cape Town (14-16 April), making it IGLTA's largest conference outside of North America. The historic first conference in Africa included five IGLTA Foundation-supported educational tour options within the local communities and an IGLTA Foundation reception that raised more than $5,000 for education, advocacy and information sharing related to LGBT tourism.
Pictured above are the IGLTA Global Ambassadors. (The IGLTA Ambassadors represent the association in their local communities. They help market LGBT travel, hold events and connect the organisation with LGBT travel businesses and travelers around the world). The UK Ambassador is made's Jonathan Mountford.
